Led by Varsity Head Coach Brett Jeffares alongside Assistant Coaches Mike Barnao and Doug Smirdolo, the Rhinos are committed to helping players grow into confident, disciplined, and high-level lacrosse athletes. The 2032 Rhinos program focuses on developing complete players through high-energy practices, competitive training, and a team-first culture. With an experienced coaching staff that emphasizes accountability, fundamentals, and lacrosse IQ, players are challenged to improve every time they step onto the field.
