Intro to Club Lacrosse

Welcome to the Unltd Select 2037 Surge, our developmental travel lacrosse team designed specifically for young athletes beginning their journey in the game. Led by Coaches Dean Steinman, Mark Rotella, Angelo DeLiso and Ricky Rimmer the Surge program is built to introduce players to travel lacrosse in a fun, positive, and high-energy environment where development always comes first. This team is focused on teaching the fundamentals of the game while helping players build confidence, compete, and fall in love with lacrosse. Through structured practices, skill development, and game experience, players will learn the core foundations needed to grow both individually and as teammates.

For the Younger ages 2037  They are not in full Travel Lacrosse Yet. We offer a tuition rate of $1,000  (3 installments)

  • 2-3 Tournaments (Depending on Tournament Availability)
  • Uniform Jersey
  • Uniform Shorts
  • Practice Pinnie
  • Fall Practices/ Spring Summer Practices
  • Play Dates with other Programs to work on skills and game experience.

Our goal is to help every player develop confidence, improve their skills, understand the game, and build a genuine passion for lacrosse. We want players to leave every practice excited to come back, proud of their growth, and motivated to continue improving.

The 2037 Surge is more than just a team. It is the starting point of a player’s journey within the Unltd Select family.

Coach

Mark Rotella

Mark Rotella brings more than two decades of lacrosse coaching experience to Unltd Select. A four-year Division I starter at Providence College, Mark was named an Academic All-American and became the first Providence lacrosse player to earn that honor. He has been involved in varsity lacrosse coaching since 2003 and was the original founder of FogoLax with Matt Schomburg. Mark currently serves as Director of Commack Youth Lacrosse and helps direct the United States Lacrosse Championship at Ward Melville. His coaching focuses on fundamentals, lacrosse IQ, competitiveness, accountability, and building strong team-first athletes.
