Welcome to the UNLTD Select 2034 Arrows Welcome to the UNLTD Select 2034 Arrows, led by Head Coach Doug Smiroldo, along with Assistant Coach Justin Martinech, Bay Shore Youth Lacrosse Director, and Assistant Coach Ed Herdina, President of Sachem Youth Lacrosse. The 2034 Arrows are built on discipline, development, and a passion for the game. Our mission is to provide young athletes with an environment that challenges them to compete, grow, and develop a lifelong love for lacrosse. Just like an arrow is only as effective as its direction, our coaching staff is committed to guiding players both on and off the field. With decades of combined coaching and youth lacrosse leadership experience, Coaches Smiroldo, Martinech, and Herdina bring a wealth of knowledge and a shared commitment to player development. The 2034 Arrows will emphasize stick skills, lacrosse IQ, teamwork, and accountability while fostering a competitive environment where players are encouraged to push themselves to reach their full potential. Through high-level instruction, tournament play, and specialized training opportunities, our athletes will gain the tools needed to succeed both today and in the future.
