At UNLTD Select, we believe every player deserves position-specific training from the best coaches available. That's why we are proud to offer Crease Beast Goalie Training completely FREE to every goalie in our program on a weekly basis.

The goalie position is one of the most challenging and important roles in lacrosse. Success in the crease requires much more than simply stopping the ball—it demands leadership, communication, confidence, technique, and mental toughness. Through our partnership with Crease Beast Lacrosse, our goalies receive specialized instruction designed to help them excel in every aspect of the game.

Meet Coach Chris Gill

Crease Beast Lacrosse is led by Chris Gill, one of the most respected goalie trainers on Long Island. With over 20 years of playing experience and more than 15 years of coaching and mentoring lacrosse goalies, Coach Gill has helped develop athletes at every level of the game. He played collegiate lacrosse at the University at Albany, where he served as a captain, and has trained countless goalies who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level.

In addition to running Crease Beast Lacrosse, Coach Gill currently serves as the Director of Lacrosse Operations at Long Island University (LIU), bringing valuable collegiate-level knowledge and experience directly to our athletes.

What Our Goalies Learn

The Crease Beast training curriculum focuses on creating complete goalies by emphasizing:

• Footwork and positioning
• Shot recognition and reaction training
• Clearing and ball-handling skills
