Welcome to the Unltd Select 2032 Hype, Our Top level AA team built around toughness, development, competition, and a relentless work ethic. Led by Varsity Head Coach Brett Jeffares alongside Assistant Coaches Mike Barnao and Doug Smirdolo, the Hype are committed to helping players grow into confident, disciplined, and high-level lacrosse athletes. The 2032 Hype program focuses on developing complete players through high-energy practices, competitive training, and a team-first culture. With an experienced coaching staff that emphasizes accountability, fundamentals, and lacrosse IQ, players are challenged to improve every time they step onto the field.

Brett Jeffares

Brett Jeffares brings decades of coaching, leadership, and player development experience to UNLTD Select. As a Program Director, Brett is dedicated to creating an environment where athletes are challenged to reach their full potential while developing a genuine love for the game. His experience at every level of lacrosse has made him a respected mentor who understands what it takes to build successful teams and strong young men.

Brett believes that great coaching goes far beyond teaching skills. He emphasizes accountability, discipline, teamwork, and character while helping players develop the confidence and lacrosse IQ needed to succeed. His positive approach and ability to connect with athletes create an atmosphere where players are encouraged to compete, learn from mistakes, and continue improving every day.

Throughout his coaching career, Brett has earned a reputation for developing players both on and off the field. He is passionate about preparing athletes for the next level while ensuring they enjoy the journey along the way. His leadership, experience, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of the UNLTD Select family and a trusted resource for players and parents alike.

Doug Smiroldo

Doug Smiroldo brings a wealth of coaching experience, leadership, and passion to UNLTD Select. As the Assitant Coach of the 2032 Hype and a Connetquot Varsity Coach, Doug is dedicated to helping players reach their full potential by building strong fundamentals, developing high lacrosse IQ, and creating confident, competitive athletes. He believes success comes through hard work, accountability, and a team first mentality, and he works every day to instill those values in the players he coaches.

Doug is committed to creating an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and inspired to improve. His practices focus on skill development, decision making, communication, and competing at a high level while never losing sight of the importance of character and sportsmanship. He understands that every player develops at a different pace and takes pride in helping each athlete grow both on and off the field.

With years of experience coaching the game and a genuine passion for player development, Doug is focused on preparing athletes not only for success in today's game, but for the opportunities that lie ahead. His energy, knowledge, and commitment to his players make him an outstanding leader for the 2032 Blitz and an invaluable member of the UNLTD Select coaching staff.
